Service Description

The Breath Experience, Holosomatic Therapy Online, 1.5-2 hour immersion, with headphones delivering brain wave altering beats though guided breathing techniques, and optional eye mask. Our focus for the session can either be aimed at reaching an altered state in order to facilitate deep release and insight and have a cool time, or the techniques and exercises can be aimed towards another type of breath experiences; for example: Relaxing- sometimes what we need most, is to simply calm the mind, connect with our body and rejuvenate, though the power of our breath. Habit change- A process of letting go of habits that do not support your wants, goals and desires and replacing them with habits that do. Breathing life into your new path Energizing Breathwork - Techniques and Exercises to increase physical resilience, energy and/or sport performance Anxiety - Breathing and anxiety go hand in hand. You can observe that we do not breathe deeply when feeling anxious. Gain access to quick effective breathing techniques to help you in the moments you need them the most. Breathing is also a powerful and amazing tool to manage and reduce anxiety, in general.
