With a background in bodybuilding, functional training, fascial release, breath work and mind transformation techniques, I specialize in habit change, movement and mind-body awareness.

I create person-specific, challenging trainings, using a combination of modalities. I am creative and simply will not do the same training more than one time. Consistently progressing in strength, stability and motion and always learning something new., keeps the "Tranee" inspired.

A Holistic approach in fitness, reduces roadblocks and blind spots and safeguards success. Additionally, Holistic modalities, beneficially affect all other areas of life.
